Orders are processed within 2 business days, and are shipped from Los Angeles County, CA. Shipping can take from 1-5 business days depending on your location. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns are permitted on unused items, in original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order. You must receive authorization for returns by contacting us first at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have approved your return, we will email you instructions for returning your merchandise. Your original form of payment will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise (sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges). In the event of a damaged or defective item, we either replace the item or provide a full refund.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Although we manage our inventory as closely as we can, sometimes an item will sell out unexpectedly. Because our products are handcrafted, it may take some time to restock items that have sold out. If you see something you love, it's always best to purchase it right away before it's gone.
We collect sales tax on all orders delivered within the state of California.
We will never share or sell your personal information. Any information we collect is used only for processing your order.
